Qualified Employee. The applicant must be qualified for the position. Any eligible and qualified employee may apply for the position described in this Article, and all applicants will be given due consideration.

Qualified Employee. An individual who is employed by a Qualified Employer and has been offered health insurance coverage by such Qualified Employer through CCSB.
Qualified Employee. An employee shall be deemed qualified for a position if he/she meets the qualifications for the position as set forth in the position’s current job description. Qualified Employee. Any Employee who has completed 15 or more Years of Service (as defined in Section 403(b)(4) of the Code) with the Employer.
