Qualified Arbitrator. Any arbitrator selected in accordance with Section 14.2 shall be a natural person not employed by either of the parties or any parent or affiliated partnership, corporation or other enterprise thereof and shall be knowledgeable and experienced in the matters sought to be arbitrated. In the event that the matter to be arbitrated deals with construction or engineering issues, the arbitrator so appointed shall be experienced and knowledgeable in the construction and engineering industry as it relates to the nature of the structure to which such arbitration applies. In the event any arbitrator selected as aforesaid thereafter shall die or become unable or unwilling to act, such arbitrator's successor shall be selected in the same manner provided in Section 14.2.

Qualified Arbitrator. Any arbitrator selected in accordance with Subsections (b) and (c) shall be any natural person not employed by either of the parties or any parent or affiliated partnership, corporation or other enterprise thereof, who shall also be a construction professional with at least ten (10) years experience in the downtown Seattle real estate market.
Qualified Arbitrator. Any arbitrator selected in accordance with Subsections (2) and (3) shall be any natural person not employed by or associated with or who has an interest in either of the parties or any parent or affiliated partnership, corporation or other enterprise thereof. Such arbitrator shall also be a property management professional, developer, commercial real estate broker with at least ten (10) years experience in the downtown Seattle real state market, or an attorney or judge with at least ten (10) years experience in the legal profession. The parties may, if they agree, at any time prior to one (1) day before the arbitration hearing, agree to have a single arbitrator hear and decide the case, and who that single arbitrator will be.

Qualified Arbitrator. A partner or other individual designated by Landlord or Tenant, as the case may be, who: (i) is employed by a disinterested, reputable and nationally recognized certified public accounting firm or has comparable qualifications; and (ii) has at least ten (10) years' experience in the financial reporting and valuation of casino properties. 2.64 Rent.
