QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS. Minimum requirements (mandatory): • Master Degree or complete higher education Degree in Information Technology, Automated Control System, Computer Sciences, or other relevant field; • At least 10 years of proven professional experience in project management in the field of information technology (project management, software development, etc.); • Confirmed experience in participating in the audit of information systems; • Fluency in Ukrainian; • Upper intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English confirmed by a certificate or during contract negotiations including ability to freely process technical documentation and specifications in the field of IT. Desirable qualifications and competences • Participation in international and/or donor-funded projects that have included IT components; • Knowledge of the Ukrainian education system, particularly in the higher education sphere • Proven experience in at least 5 complex IT projects in management or key positions (architect, team lead, project manager, or similar roles); • Experience of participation in in creating technologies (software) for data processing and storage, highly loaded information systems, management of large data sets; • Experience of participation in projects on creation of information security systems (in particular, complex information protection systems); • Experience in designing at least 3 (three) IT systems, which include designing system architecture, selecting the necessary equipment for smooth system operation, selecting storage systems, selecting corporate networks, virtual infrastructure, infrastructure software, creating application software systems at the enterprise level with a large load;
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS. Education: Completion of the Secondary education (High school diploma); or Bachelor or equivalent or higher.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS. The Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations evaluates support staff, special payroll, and administrators. When required s/he will assume the duties of the Superintendent of Schools in the Superintendent’s absence. To fulfill these requirements, the Assistant Superintendent is required to possess: • A minimum of Master’s Degree in Business and Finance (Doctorate Degree preferred). • Five to seven years of successful experience in school finance and business management. • PERA training qualified for teacher and administrative evaluations. • Professional Educator License and Chief School Business Official endorsement. • Ability to demonstrate on-going professional development in school business management. • Strong knowledge base of school finance designed to meet the long and short-term goals of the District. • Ability to maintain an A+ bond rating.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS. The minimum qualifications requirement placed on the Operator after three (3) years on the job is acquisition of four (4) competences. The minimum period necessary for gaining practical savvy within each respective competence is three (3) months. Exceptions, if any, are determined by respective Heads of sections.

Minimum requirements (mandatory): ⮚ Master Degree or complete higher education Degree in Public Administration, Management, Economics, Public/Business Administration, Political Science, or other relevant field; ⮚ At least 5 years of professional experience in project management and administration/implementation ⮚ Experience in implementation of projects in education sphere, preferably higher education sphere; ⮚ Experience of work with World Bank or other international financial or donor organizations; ⮚ Strong grasp of all stages of program cycle management and quality standards in education, preferably higher education; ⮚ At least 3 years of experience in collaboration with national and local government authorities as well as drafting of normative acts; ⮚ Fluent spoken and written English to be confirmed by a certificate or during contract negotiations (upper intermediate or better level of English including knowledge of economic, legal, and technical terminology related to the Project) ⮚ Fluency in Ukrainian ⮚ Advanced PC user, knowledge and practical skills in using Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) package, e-mail and databases. Desirable qualifications and competences ⮚ Experience in performance-based management and reporting; ⮚ Experience working with results frameworks; ⮚ Strong experience in analyzing concepts, calls for proposals, analyses; ⮚ Ability to manage and coach teams of experts; ⮚ Ability to multitask; ⮚ Proactive approach to work; ⮚ Excellent interpersonal, consensus building and negotiating skills; ⮚ Experience of working and interacting with the media will be considered an advantage; ⮚ Experience of using World Bank systems like Systematic Tracking of Exchanges in Procurement (STEP) and Client Connection will be considered as an advantage ⮚ Knowledge of World Bank’s procedures on financial management, procurement, and/or the environmental and social framework will be considered as an advantage
