Qualifications of Personnel. The Nurse supplied by BAYADA will be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who will hold a current license, registration or certification to practice in the State of New Jersey, and will provide services pursuant to the applicable state laws.

Qualifications of Personnel. The personnel that perform the functions delegated to the Agency in paragraph 1 hereof shall each have no less than one year of experience as a building code inspector or manufactured housing installation inspector.
Qualifications of Personnel. (A) NAME OF XX is a key person who is essential to performing the Services or producing or creating deliverables, as provided in Section 4(A) below (the “Deliverables”). In the event she terminates her relationship with Consultant, 3ie, at its sole discretion, may terminate this Contract immediately without any obligation to compensate Consultant for any Services or Deliverables not performed or completed at time of such termination. If 3ie chooses not to terminate this Contract, she shall be replaced by an individual satisfactory to 3ie. 3ie reserves the right to review the qualifications of personnel selected by Consultant to perform Services or produce or create Deliverables. At 3ie’s request at any time, Consultant agrees to remove from the performance of Services or the production or creation of Deliverables any person who, in 3ie’s sole opinion, is unacceptable or uncooperative, or who is not qualified to perform Services or produce or create Deliverables or who has performed Services or produced or created Deliverables in an unsatisfactory manner. Consultant also agrees to provide promptly a qualified replacement for any person so removed who is satisfactory to 3ie. 3ie shall not be required to pay for training such replacement.
Qualifications of Personnel. Unless otherwise specified, all work carried out under the terms of this PA shall be conducted and/or supervised by cultural resources professionals (historians, architectural historians, historic architects, and/or archeologists, as appropriate) who meet the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualification Standards set forth in Procedures for State, Tribal, and Local Government Historic Preservation Programs, 36 C.F.R. pt. 61, Appendix A.

InnerWorkings represents and warrants that its personnel engaged in the performance of Services hereunder shall be qualified and properly trained and shall possess the level of skill commensurate with the requirements of the Services to be performed and at least equivalent to the level of skill customarily possessed by persons in the industry engaged in the performance of similar services.

All professionals employed or contracted by the LTC Facility to provide LTCF Services to Hospice Patients shall be legally authorized, licensed, certified or registered in accordance with applicable state, federal and local laws, as described by federal law, including, but without limitation, 42 CFR §418.114(b). The LTC Facility shall complete criminal background checks on all employees or other persons who have direct patient contact or access to patient records, as required by 42 CFR § 418.114(d). The LTC Facility represents to Hospice that those LTC Facility personnel who will have direct contact with Hospice Patients or have access to Hospice Patient records have not been found to have engaged in improper or illegal conduct relating to the elderly, children or vulnerable individuals. Upon Hospice's request, the LTC Facility shall provide Hospice with proof of such personnel’s qualifications.
