The County reserves the right to inspect bidder's physical plant prior to award to satisfy questions regarding the bidder's capabilities. The County further reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by or investigations of such bidder fails to satisfy the County that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to complete the work contemplated herein.
