QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCY AND EXPERIENCE. Contractor must demonstrate a minimum of three (3) consecutive years of experience providing Mail processing services similar in type and volume. Contractor shall describe and have available, under its direct supervision, the necessary staff, organization and facilities to properly fulfill services required under this Contract. Only personnel trained in Mail services shall be employed under this Contract. Contractor’s personnel shall include the capability to deliver quality service to customers. All personnel must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

  • Professional Qualifications It shall be a condition of continued professional employment that employees must apply for enrolment in their appropriate professional licensing body by the thirtieth day of continuous service.

  • Qualification of the Bidder 4.1 All bidders shall provide in Section 2, Forms of Bid and Qualification Information, a preliminary description of the proposed work method and schedule, including drawings and charts, as necessary.

  • QUALIFICATION OF BIDDERS BID PACKAGE REQUIREMENTS: - In an effort to help promote social distancing measures during the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, electronic submissions will be accepted by the County. - Firms are strongly encouraged to submit responses electronically. Firms will not be permitted to fax or email offers. Failure to submit the below requested information may be cause for rejection of your bid. The determination on whether a bidder is responsible or not shall be at the sole discretion of the County. Although the County may request the submission of a minimum number of contracts similar to the requirements of this solicitation with certain minimum dimensions, quantities, dollar values, etc., the County’s determination of a bidder’s responsibility shall not be solely based on the number of similar procurements the bidder provides but the entirety of the bidder’s qualifications. The Bidder shall submit the following information with the bid. It is recommended to use the list below as a checklist for your bid submittal:

  • Education and Experience ▪ Secondary School Honour Graduation, plus a minimum of 13 years' pertinent experience or the equivalent in experience, additional education and/or training; OR ▪ Graduation from a recognized institute of advanced technology, or equivalent formal education, and a minimum of nine years' pertinent technological experience.

  • Driver Qualifications All drivers shall be trained and qualified in the operation of collection vehicles, and must have in effect a valid license, of the appropriate class, issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles. Contractor shall use the Class II California Department of Motor Vehicles employer “Pull Notice Program” to monitor its drivers for safety.

  • IRO Qualifications The IRO shall:

  • Qualifications of Panelists All Panelists shall: (a) have expertise or experience in law, international trade, other matters covered by this Agreement, or the resolution of disputes arising under international trade agreements relevant to the subject matter of the dispute; (b) be chosen strictly on the basis of objectivity, impartiality, reliability, and sound judgment; (c) be independent of, and not be affiliated with or take instructions from, any Party; (d) not delegate their responsibilities to any other person; and (e) comply with the Model Rules of Procedure established in Annex 12 (Model Rules of Procedure).

  • General Qualifications General qualifications commonly required of all candidates for, appointees to, and employees in the classified service such as integrity, honesty, sobriety, dependability, industry, thoroughness, accuracy, good judgment, initiative, resourcefulness, courtesy, ability to work cooperatively with others, good health, and freedom from disabling defects, shall be deemed to be a part of the personal characteristics of the minimum qualifications of each class specification and need not be specifically set forth therein. The Commission may prescribe alternative or additional qualifications for individual classes and such qualifications also shall be deemed to be a part of the specifications for such classes.

  • Personnel Qualifications Contractor shall assign properly qualified and experienced personnel to the program contemplated under this Agreement, and Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to retain such personnel on Customer’s program for the duration of such program.
