Qualifications and Standards. Practice shall take all necessary actions to ensure that each Medical Provider satisfies the following conditions at all times during the Term:

The USACE shall ensure that all work conducted in conjunction with this PA is performed in a manner consistent with the Secretary of Interior’s (SOI) “Standards and Guidelines for Archeology and Historic Preservation” (48 FR 44716-44740; September 23, 1983), as amended, or the Secretary of the Interior’s “Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties” (36 CFR 68). Survey methodology and reporting shall adhere to the standards and guidelines established by the Council of Texas Archeologists (CTA).
Qualifications and Standards. The qualifications for a position may not be established in an arbitrary or discriminatory manner. Furthermore, the standards used in the selection of applicants shall be uniformly applied and shall be related to the required qualifications, skills and abilities in the job description and posting.

Archeological investigations and reporting shall adhere to the standards and guidelines established by the Council of Texas Archeologists (CTA) and the Texas Historical Commission (THC).

(a) Nothing herein shall require a Stockholder to vote in favor of any New Investor Designee, Participating Investor Designee or Series B-2 Designee as to whom disclosure would be required pursuant to Item 401(d) of Regulation S-B promulgated by the SEC or who does not possess the necessary skills and qualifications to serve as a director, as required by applicable law or SEC rules and regulations, the rules and regulations of any stock market or exchange on which the Company's Common Stock is traded, or the governance policies of the Company, as adopted and amended from time to time (provided, however, that all such standards shall be applied consistently and in good faith).

Additionally, for any Texas state public land, the USACE will ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with the Antiquities Code of Texas (Texas Natural Resources Code, Title 9, Chapter 191) and the Texas Administrative Code, Title 13, Part 2.

The USACE shall ensure that all work conducted in conjunction with this PA is performed in a manner consistent with the Secretary of Interior’s “Standards and Guidelines for Archeology and Historic Preservation” (48 FR 44716-44740; September 23, 1983), as amended, the Secretary of the Interior’s “Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties” (36 CFR § 68), National Register Bulletin 15 “How to Apply the National Register Criteria for Evaluation” (NPS 1990), and the requirements for archaeological survey as outlined in the Archeological Survey Standards for Texas (Texas Historical Commission) approved in 2020, as appropriate. The USACE shall ensure that the Principal Investigator hired to conduct the work will meet the Secretary of Interior’s standards, and is able to be issued a Texas Antiquities Permit.
Qualifications and Standards. We represent and warrant to TTCD that we meet all the qualifications and standards set by the Rules for a Participation in the category of of Rule 1.4.15 and that all information given by us in relation to this application is true and correct. We undertake that where we are subject to the jurisdiction of a regulatory agency (other than TTCD or the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange) we will promptly inform TTCD of any correspondence with such regulatory agency which does or might affect our qualification as a Participant.
Qualifications and Standards the CONSULTANT agrees that all services shall be performed by skilled and competent personnel in accordance with generally accepted professional standards.
