Qualifications and Experience. A minimum of Master’s Degree in Education or related field from an accredited tertiary institution; • A minimum of ten (10) years post qualification relevant work experience in a reputable institutions, five (5) years of which must be in senior management position in a reputable institution; • Teaching experience would be an advantage; • Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the Public Services Commission in consultation with the Ghana Education Service Governing Council.
