Put Option Notice. 7.2.1 The Seller may give notice to the Investor substantially in the form set out in Schedule 6 (the “Put Option Notice”) at any time during the Put Option Exercise Window requiring the Investor to acquire all (not some only) Put Option Sale Assets, in each case on the terms of this Agreement.
Put Option Notice. If a holder of Warrants elects to exercise the Put Option, it shall timely deliver a written notice to the Company and the Warrant Agent in accordance with Section 17 hereof and stating the number of Warrants to be repurchased (the “Put Warrants”).
