Common use of PUT NOTICE Clause in Contracts

PUT NOTICE. At any time and from time to time during the Commitment Period, except as provided in this Agreement, the Company may deliver a Put Notice to Investor, subject to satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.2 and otherwise provided herein. The Company shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, the Put Shares as DWAC Shares to the Investor within two (2) Trading Days following the Put Date.

PUT NOTICE. At any time and from time to time during the Commitment Period, except as provided in this Agreement, the Company may deliver cause an Option 1 Put or an Option 2 Put by delivering a Put Notice to the Investor, subject to satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 2.1, Section 7.2 and otherwise provided hereinin this Agreement. The Company shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, the Put Shares as DWAC Shares to the Investor within two (2) Trading Days following the Put Date.

PUT NOTICE. At any time and from time to time during the Commitment Period, except as provided in this Agreementduring the Valuation Period with respect to any Put, the Company may deliver a Put Notice to Investor, subject to satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.2 and otherwise provided herein. The Company shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, the Put Shares as DWAC Shares to the Investor within two one (21) Trading Days Day following the Put Date.

The Company shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, the Put Shares as DWAC Shares to the Investor within two (2) Trading Days following the Put Date.

At any time and from time to time during the Commitment Period, except as provided in this Agreement, the Company may deliver a Put Notice to Investor, subject to satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.2 and otherwise provided herein. The Company shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, the Put Shares as DWAC Shares to the Investor within two (2) one Trading Days Day following the Put Date.

At any time and from time to time during the Commitment Period, except as provided in this Agreement, the Company may deliver a Put Notice to an Investor, subject to satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.2 and otherwise provided herein. The Company shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, the Put Shares as DWAC Shares to the applicable Investor within two (2) Trading Days following the Put Date.

PUT NOTICE. At any time and from time to time during the Commitment Period, except as provided in this Agreement, the Company may deliver a Put Notice to Investor, subject to satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.2 and otherwise provided herein. The Company shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, the Put Shares as DWAC Shares to the Investor within two seven (27) Trading Days following the Put Date.

PUT NOTICE. At any time and from time to time during the Commitment Period, except as provided in this Agreement, the Company may deliver a Put Notice to Investor, subject to satisfaction of and, provided the conditions set forth in Section 7.2 and otherwise provided hereinare met, the Investor shall purchase the Put Shares. The Upon purchase of the Put Shares, Company shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, the Put Shares as DWAC Shares to the Investor within two one (21) Trading Days Day following the Put Date.
