Common use of Pursuant to Public Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to Public. Employment Relations Board (PERB) Decision SA- SR-4, as amended by SA-AC-54-S, the State recognizes the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 0000 (Xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Workers), as the exclusive representative for the Office and Allied Bargaining Unit, hereinafter referred to as Unit 4. Unit 4 consists of all employees in the job classifications listed by title in the salary schedule attached hereto and incorporated by reference as a part of this Contract. Any new classes established and assigned to Unit 4 shall be incorporated in the Contract.
