Pursuant to clause 16. 2 above, the Supplier shall keep full and accurate records of all costs associated with the supply of the Goods to Transnet, in a form to be approved in writing by Transnet. The Supplier shall produce such records to Transnet for inspection at all reasonable times on request and such records may, at Transnet's option, be audited by Transnet or its designated representatives.

Pursuant to clause 16. 1, the Supplier shall be entitled to sell or dispose of such Goods or Equipment or documents at the expense of the Client and apply the proceeds in or towards the payment of such sums upon 14 (fourteen) days' written notice to the Client.

  • Limitations on Assignment Except as specifically provided in Section 22.02 hereof, this Agreement may not be assigned or otherwise transferred by any of the Parties without the express prior written consent of the ISO Board which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
