PURPOSE; SUBGRANT ACTIVITIES. A. The purpose of this Agreement is to fund the Access Visitation Program, as a pass-through to County Child Support Enforcement Agencies, to enhance visitation between children and non-custodial parents. SUBGRANTEE will perform its responsibilities (Subgrant activities) in partnership with local courts and non- profit organizations, under this Agreement in accordance with the RFGA and the details, specifications, and quality standards offered by SUBGRANTEE in its Application, summarized as follows:

PURPOSE; SUBGRANT ACTIVITIES. A. The purpose of this Subgrant Agreement is for SUBGRANTEE to administer the Ohio Family and Children First Cabinet Council (OFCF), (Xxxxx) County Family and Children First Council (County FCFC) activities at the local level. Each County FCFC has an administrative agent that will operate and act as fiscal agent. This Subgrant will fund County FCFC functions as required in Section 121.37 of the Ohio Revised Code (ORC).

  • Development Activities The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection xxxxx; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas. The installation referred to in item “c” includes, but is not limited to, offshore platforms, pipelines, Oil and Gas Treatment plants, equipment and facilities for measurement of the inspected Production, wellhead equipment, production pipes, flow lines, tanks, and other facilities exclusively intended for extraction, as well as oil and gas pipelines for Production Outflow and their respective compressor and pumping stations.

  • Grant Activity material The Grantee gives (or procures for) the Commonwealth a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, communicate, publish and adapt all material that is provided to the Commonwealth under this Agreement. This includes a right to sub-license that material.

  • Program Activities Grantee must use the Grant Funds as set forth in Exhibit A (the “Program”).

  • Permitted Activities The Executive shall devote his entire business time, attention and energies to the Business of the Employer and shall not during the Term be engaged (whether or not during normal business hours) in any other business or professional activity, whether or not such activity is pursued for gain, profit or other pecuniary advantage; but this shall not be construed as preventing the Executive from:

  • PROJECT ACTIVITIES Grantee must perform the project activities set forth on Exhibit A (the “Project”), attached hereto and incorporated in this Grant by this reference, for the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending June 30, 2021 (the “Performance Period”).

  • Co-Curricular Activities G. The enrollment of the student of employees who reside outside the District shall be subject to School Board Policy 3.02(3)f, Out-of-County Students.

  • Required Activities 1. Biometrics measuring blood pressure, weight and height for BMI, fasting cholesterol (total and LDL) and fasting glucose 33% 2. Completion of the online Health Survey 33%
