The purpose of this Policy is to help protect the Company’s network, each of the Company’s clients and third‐party users of the Internet, generally from harassing, deceptive, irresponsible and/or illegal activities. The scope of this policy is all the Company’s clients. Policy This Policy governs the usage of the Company’s network by any person (regardless of whether that person is a Customer). Each person utilizing the Company network in any manner is responsible for complying with this Policy, and for providing assistance to the Company in furtherance of the objectives hereof, as the Company may request from time to time. The Company’s Clients will be held solely responsible for the actions (or inactions) of any of their customers, downstream users, or third‐party agents that use the Company’s Network.

PURPOSE & SCOPE. A. The purpose of this agreement is to allow 4-year old kindergarten students who are qualified residents of one party to attend a 4-year kindergarten at specified licensed child care centers located outside that resident party’s boundaries and within the boundaries of the non- resident party as if the students were attending within their own boundaries provided that (1) the resident party has entered into a contract with the licensed child care center for the provision of a 4-year-old kindergarten program to the resident-party’s students at that location; and (2) the licensed child care center is a center named within this agreement. To that effect: The parties agree that MCPASD may enter into a separate agreement with LaPetite (located at 000 X Xxxxxx Xx, Madison), Middleton Preschool (located at 0000 Xxx Xxxx Xx., Xxxxxxx), Kids Junction (located at 0000 Xxxxx Xx) and/or the YMCA (located at St. Dunstan’s, 0000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxx) for the provision of 4-year-old kindergarten instruction. The parties agree that MMSD may enter into a separate agreement with Orchard Ridge Nursery School (located at 0000 XxXxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Madison) for the provision of 4- year-old kindergarten instruction. Neither party shall transfer any funds to the other in connection with this Agreement or with any services provided hereunder, except as may be expressly identified below or as may be identified in any written addendum to the Agreement that may be separately executed at a later date. MMSD shall not require a MCPASD resident 4-year old kindergarten student attending, pursuant to this Agreement, a MCPASD 4-year-old kindergarten program at a licensed child care center located within MMSD’s boundaries to pay non-resident tuition to or apply for open-enrollment within the MMSD. MCPASD shall not require a MMSD resident 4-year old kindergarten student attending, pursuant to this Agreement, a MMSD 4-year-old kindergarten program at a licensed child care center located within MCPASD boundaries to pay non-resident tuition to or apply for open-enrollment within the MCPASD. (a) This Agreement is intended to (1) clarify roles and responsibilities of the Parties, (2) enable clear, consistent and coordinated communications to the public and government stakeholders to meaningfully engage with them regarding the public policy implications of the innovations being proposed in the MIDP, (3) build public and stakeholder trust and understanding of the MIDP, (4) enhance communications processes to facilitate efficient organizational performance, and (5) provide appropriate visibility into external communications for each Party, including of the Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Board, employees, and government stakeholders.
PURPOSE & SCOPE. The Fort Worth Area Office and DPR developed this partnering agreement jointly. The common objective and goal of the agreement is to provide a safe and healthful work environment for employees involved in the construction industry and to help prevent serious accidents and fatalities within the industry through increased training, implementation of best work practices, enhanced safety and health programs, and compliance with applicable OSHA standards and regulations. Employers who choose to enter into this partnership will receive OSHA assistance (as resources allow) and an initial and annual on-site non-enforcement verification visit in accordance with approved protocols. This partnership will contain mentoring and training for participating subcontractors and their employees. The common purpose will be to engage and challenge those subcontractors and their employees to improve their own safety and health program. This partnership also seeks to increase communication and mutual respect between all stakeholders. DPR is committed to developing a business/labor/government partnership approach to safety management, thereby affording OSHA to direct its resources toward the construction industry whose safety and health efforts require the most assistance.
