Purpose Recognition. 1.01 The general purpose of this Agreement is to maintain mutually satisfactory employment relations between the Employer and the Association. It provides means for the settlement of grievances and for the final settlement of disputes. Salaries, hours of work and other conditions of employment are hereby established by mutual agreement. It is recognized that Nurses wish to work co- operatively with the Employer to provide the best possible community health services.

Omission of specific mention in this contract of rights and privileges established by Management will not be construed to deprive Pilots of such rights and privileges.
Purpose Recognition. PURPOSE The purpose of this Agreement and the mutual desire of the parties is to promote and maintain cooperation and harmony, to provide for an orderly collective bargaining procedure and an amicable and prompt method of settling any differences which may arise between the Company and the Union.
