PURPOSE OF THE TRUST. The Trust created hereby is a closed-end mutual fund trust. The Trust will, for the benefit of its Unitholders, engage in making investments in accordance with the Investment Policy set out in Article 22 hereof. Some or all of the Trust’s assets may from time to time be invested in cash and interest-bearing accounts, short-term government debt or short-term investment grade corporate debt for working capital purposes as the Manager may deem prudent in the circumstances. The business of the Trust shall include all things necessary or advisable to give effect to the Trust’s Investment Policy.
