Purpose of the Services. The purpose of the Service is, between Epson and User, enabling (a) prompt exchanges or offers of technical information and specification of raw materials and parts (“Estimates information”) which Epson hopes to purchase from User, (b) prompt share and management of the estimates status(including requesting an estimate and an answer to it and (c) investigations into suppliers and management of BCP, by providing some features below.
