Purpose of the Exhibit. The purpose of this Exhibit is to provide for the parties’ sharing of certain respective student data from student education records (“Student Data”), pursuant to s. 34 CFR 99.31(a)(1)(B) and s. 1002.221, Florida Statutes. In order for City Year to successfully implement the services described above and improve student performance, it is essential that City Year have access to the necessary data and support to properly monitor, adjust and measure the impact of the student supports provided. Each p arty will designate a representative responsible for the oversight and implementation of this Exhibit, and each party agrees to disseminate this Agreement to appropriate personnel in each party’s agency and to provide training and technical assistance in the implementation of the Agreement.
