Purpose of Support Payments. LESSOR and LESSEE hereby warrant and acknowledge that each SUPPORT PAYMENT is to be made by XXXXXX in exchange for XXXXXX’s continued operation of Evolutions Fitness and Wellness Center (“Evolutions”) for the principal purpose of ensuring LESSEE’s ability to apply for additional Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act funding, under said Act’s Paycheck Protection Program (or similar federal COVID-19 related stimulus relief).

  • Child Support Payments Child Support payments for the Children Outside the Couple shall be made by the ☐ Husband ☐ Wife to the ☐ Husband ☐ Wife in payments of $ due each month commencing on the 1st of the month following a petition for Divorce being filed in the jurisdiction of Governing Law (“Child Support”). Child Support shall continue until the first of the following events:

  • Payments to Settlement Class Members (a) Defendant shall pay into the Escrow Account the amount of the Settlement Fund ($1,000,000.00), specified in Paragraph 1.33 of this Agreement, within sixty (60) days after Final Approval.

  • Additional Fee on Late Payments For any payments thirty (30) calendar days or more overdue under this Agreement, Registry Operator shall pay an additional fee on late payments at the rate of 1.5% per month or, if less, the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.

  • Treatment of Passthru Payments and Gross Proceeds The Parties are committed to work together, along with Partner Jurisdictions, to develop a practical and effective alternative approach to achieve the policy objectives of foreign passthru payment and gross proceeds withholding that minimizes burden.

  • Application of this Revenue Sharing Agreement to Notes The terms of this Revenue Sharing Agreement shall apply to each Note as if the terms of this Revenue Sharing Agreement were fully set forth in each Note.

  • Five-Tier Copayment Structure This prescription drug plan formulary has a five-tiered copayment structure. The copayment for a prescription drug will vary by tier. The tier placement of a prescription drug on our formulary is subject to change. For more information about our formulary, and to see the tier placement of a particular prescription drug, visit our website or call our Customer Service Department. Below indicates the tier structure for this plan and the amount that you are responsible to pay. You will be responsible for paying the lowest cost of either your copayment, the retail cost of the drug, or the pharmacy allowance.   • PAYMENT OF LICENCE FEE 4.1 In consideration for the Licence Granted to the Licensee, the Licensee must pay to SAMRO an annual Licence Fee calculated in accordance with the SAMRO Tariff DW, as amended from time to time (“Licence Fee”).

  • Payment Instructions and Late Payments The Parties agree that all payments shall be made in a timely manner and in a method set forth in the attached “Payment Instructions.” Respondent acknowledges and agrees to comply with the “Late Payment” provisions provided therein.

  • Distributions; Xxxxxx Xxx Guaranty On or before each Determination Date (or as soon thereafter as is reasonably practicable), Xxxxxx Mae shall calculate the Lower Tier Distribution Amount for the current calendar month. On each Distribution Date, Xxxxxx Xxx shall withdraw from the Certificate Account the portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount distributable thereon and shall make the distributions to the Holders of the related Lower Tier Regular Classes in the respective amounts and in the applicable manner determined pursuant to Section 2.02. In the event that the amount on deposit in the Certificate Account on any Distribution Date shall be less than the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount distributable thereon, Xxxxxx Mae shall provide from its own funds the amount of any such insufficiency. In addition, in the event that (i) the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount shall be insufficient to pay all interest due and payable on the related Lower Tier Regular Classes on such Distribution Date or (ii) such Distribution Date is a Final Distribution Date for any Class and the distribution on such Distribution Date of the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount will not be sufficient to reduce the Class Balance of such Class to zero on such Final Distribution Date, then Xxxxxx Xxx shall (a) withdraw from the Certificate Account, such amount as shall be necessary to remedy such insufficiency and (b) to the extent that funds in the Certificate Account shall be insufficient therefor, apply its own funds towards remedying the same.

  • Payment of Bills Except as otherwise indicated herein or on the Service Order(s), Comcast will invoice Customer in advance on a monthly basis for all monthly recurring Service charges and fees arising under the Agreement. All other charges will be billed monthly in arrears. Customer shall make payment to Comcast for all invoiced amounts within thirty (30) days after the date of the invoice. Any amounts not paid to Comcast within such period will be considered past due. If a Service Commencement Date is not the first day of a billing period, Xxxxxxxx’s next monthly invoice shall include a prorated charge for the Services, from the date of installation to the first day of the new billing. In certain cases, Comcast may agree to provide billing services on behalf of third parties, as the agent of the third party. Any such third-party charges shall be payable pursuant to any contract or other arrangement between Customer and the third party. Comcast shall not be responsible for any dispute regarding these charges between Xxxxxxxx and such third party. Customer must address all such disputes directly with the third party.
