Purpose of Screening Programme. 1.1 Purpose of the Specification A common national service specification must be used to provide, monitor and govern the NHS Fetal Anomaly Screening Programme (FASP). This enables a consistent and equitable approach across England. The purpose of the service specification is to outline the service and quality indicators expected by NHS England and NHS Improvement for the population for whom it is responsible and which meets the policies, recommendations and standards of the NHS Screening Programmes. The service specification is not designed to replicate, duplicate or supersede any relevant legislative provisions which may apply, e.g. the Health and Social Care Act 2008 or the work undertaken by the Care Quality Commission. The specification will be reviewed and amended in line with any new guidance as quickly as possible.   • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Drug Testing Procedures a. The testing procedures and safeguards provided in this policy shall be adhered to by any laboratory personnel administering departmental drug tests.

  • Programme 13.1 Within the time stated in the Contract Data, the Contractor shall submit to the Engineer for approval a Programme showing the general methods, arrangements,' order and timing for all the activities for the construction of works.

  • Treatment Program Testing The Employer may request or require an employee to undergo drug and alcohol testing if the employee has been referred by the employer for chemical dependency treatment or evaluation or is participating in a chemical dependency treatment program under an employee benefit plan, in which case the employee may be requested or required to undergo drug or alcohol testing without prior notice during the evaluation or treatment period and for a period of up to two years following completion of any prescribed chemical dependency treatment program.

  • Protocol No action to coerce or censor or penalize any negotiation participant shall be made or implied by any other member as a result of participation in the negotiation process.

  • Testing Procedure A. For alcohol testing, the member shall be first given a breath test, at the collection site, followed by a confirmatory urine test only where the breath test reveals an initial positive alcohol level of .04 grams per 210 l. of breath. If the initial breath test results are below this level, testing shall be discontinued; if confirmatory urine tests results are below a level equivalent to .04 grams per 210 l. of breath, the confirmatory test shall be considered negative.

  • Evaluation, Testing, and Monitoring 1. The System Agency may review, test, evaluate and monitor Grantee’s Products and services, as well as associated documentation and technical support for compliance with the Accessibility Standards. Review, testing, evaluation and monitoring may be conducted before and after the award of a contract. Testing and monitoring may include user acceptance testing. Neither the review, testing (including acceptance testing), evaluation or monitoring of any Product or service, nor the absence of review, testing, evaluation or monitoring, will result in a waiver of the State’s right to contest the Grantee’s assertion of compliance with the Accessibility Standards.

  • Screening 3.13.1 Refuse containers located outside the building shall be fully screened from adjacent properties and from streets by means of opaque fencing or masonry walls with suitable landscaping.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task).
