Common use of Purpose of Fee Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Fee. If an employee does not become a member of the Association during any membership year (i.e., from September 1 to the following August 31) which is covered in whole or in part by this Agreement, said employee will be required to pay a representation fee to the Association for that membership year. The purpose of this fee will be to offset the employee’s per capita cost of services rendered by the Association as majority representative.

The purpose of this fee will be to offset the employee’s 's per capita cost of services rendered by the Association as majority representative.

The purpose of this the fee will be to offset effect the employee’s per capita cost of services rendered by the Association as majority representativerepresentatives.

Purpose of Fee. If an employee does not become a member of the Association during any membership year (i.e., from September 1 to 1st the following August 31) 31st), which is covered in whole or in part by this Agreement, said employee will be required to pay a representation fee to the Association for that the membership year. If an employee does not become a member of the Association during any membership year (i.e., from September July 1 to the following August 31June 30) which is covered in whole or in part by this Agreement, said employee will be required to pay a representation representative fee to the Association for that membership year. The purpose of this fee will be to offset the employee’s 's per capita cost of services rendered by the Association as majority representative. The Association will provide the Board with a copy of the procedures for the demand and return system.

If an employee does not become filling a member of position represented by the Association during any membership year (i.e., from September Sept 1 to the following August 31) which is covered in whole or in part by this Agreement, said employee will be required to pay a representation fee to the Association for that membership year. The purpose of this fee will be to offset the employee’s 's per capita cost of services rendered by the Association as majority representative.
