The purpose of this DPA is to describe the duties and responsibilities to protect Student Data Data, including compliance commitments to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local privacy laws, rules, and regulationsregulations pertaining to Student Data, all as may be amended from time to time. In performing these servicesthe Services, the Provider shall be considered a School Official with a legitimate educational interest, and performing services Services that would otherwise be provided by the LEA. Provider shall be under the direct control and supervision of the LEA, with respect to its Provider’s use of Student Data.

The purpose of this DPA is to describe the duties and responsibilities to protect Student Data transmitted to PROVIDER from the CLIENT and its Users pursuant to the Agreement, including compliance with all applicable federalstatutes, stateincluding FERPA, COPPA, and local privacy laws, rules, and regulations, all as may be amended from time to timePPRA. In performing these services, Services the Provider PROVIDER shall be considered a School Official with a legitimate educational interest, and performing services otherwise provided by the LEACLIENT. Provider PROVIDER shall be under the direct control and supervision of the LEA, CLIENT. Control duties are set forth below. This DPA together with respect to its use the Order and the Terms of Student DataUse is the “Agreement.”

In performing these services, the Provider Contractor shall be considered a School Official with a legitimate educational interest, and performing services otherwise provided by the LEA. Provider With respect to the use and maintenance of Student Data, Contractor shall be under the direct control and supervision of the LEA, with respect to its use of Student DataLEA.-

The purpose of this DPA is to describe the duties rights and responsibilities obligations of the parties with respect to protect Student Data Data, including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local privacy laws, rules, and regulationsregulations pertaining to Student Data, all as may be amended from time to time. In performing these servicesthe Services, the Provider shall be considered a School Official with a legitimate educational interest, and performing services Services that would otherwise need to be provided by the LEA. Provider shall be under the direct control and supervision of the LEA, with respect to its Provider’s use of Student Data.
