Purpose of Deposit. The Deposit is taken for the following purposes:
Purpose of Deposit. The Depositor may deposit certain amounts (hereinafter referred to as a “Deposit” or “Deposits” as the case may be) with Philips in accordance with this Agreement for the purpose of optimising the returns on any temporary excess liquidity it might have from time to time.

The deposit is made for the purpose of assuring the Depositor’s obligation in entering into the Sale Contract according to information specified under Article 1 and Article 2 of this Agreement with the Deposit Receiver, accordingly, the Depositor is responsible for entering into the Sale Contract with the Deposit Receiver no later than (“Term”). The Depositor undertakes to fully comply with sales policies of the Deposit Receiver at the time of entering into this Agreement as well as the entire terms and conditions of the Sale Contract provided by the Deposit Receiver.
Purpose of Deposit. The deposit by the County of the moneys into the respective Escrow Fund shall constitute an irrevocable deposit thereof for the uses and purposes specified in this Agreement and in the provisions of the 2003B Bonds Indenture or the Group Bonds Indenture, as applicable, and the respective series of Prior Bonds expressly referred to herein, and such moneys and Escrowed Securities, together with all interest thereon, shall be held and applied solely for such uses and purposes. Such moneys and Escrowed Securities, along with the proceeds of investment thereof, shall be held by the Escrow Agent separate and apart from all other funds and shall not be commingled with other moneys for any purpose.
Purpose of Deposit. At the time of execution of this Lease, Tenant shall deposit the Security Deposit with Landlord. Said Security Deposit shall be held by Landlord as security for the payment by Tenant of all Base Rent and Additional Rent and for the performance by Tenant of all of the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease.

The Depositor undertakes to agree and fully comply with sales policies of the Deposit Receiver at the time of entering into this Agreement as well as the entire terms and conditions of the Lease Contract provided by the Deposit Receiver.

Việc đặt cọc được Các Bên thống nhất theo Hợp Đồng Đặt Cọc này nhằm mục đích bảo đảm nghĩa vụ ký kết Hợp đồng mua bán biệt thự (“Hợp Đồng Mua Bán Biệt Thự”) về việc mua bán biệt thự với thông tin được mô tả chi tiết tại Phụ Lục 1 (“Biệt Thự”) tại khu nghỉ dưỡng có tên thương mại là “Shantira Beach Resort & Spa” (hoặc tên gọi khác theo quyết định của Bên Nhận Đặt Cọc tùy từng thời xxxx) xxxxx Xx xx Xxx du lịch nghỉ dưỡng biển VinaCapital – Hội An (“Dự Án”). Theo đó, Xxx Xxxx Xxx Cọc và Bên Đặt Cọc sẽ ký kết Hợp Đồng Mua Bán Biệt Xxx xx kiến trong vòng một trăm hai mươi (120) ngày kể từ ngày ký Hợp Đồng Đặt Cọc này và sau khi xx xxxxx xxx xx Hợp Đồng Mua Bán Biệt Xxx xxx Xxx Xxận Đặt Cọc (“Thời Hạn Ký Hợp Đồng”). The deposit agreed by Parties under this Deposit Agreement is to secure the obligation on signing the Villa Sale and Purchase Contract ("Villa Sale and Purchase Contract") for the sale and purchase of villa with the information described in Appendix 1 ("Villa") at the resort with the trade name as "Shantira Beach Resort & Spa" (or another name as decided by the Depository from time to time) in the VinaCapital - Hoi An Beach Resort Project ("Project").
