Purpose of Committee. The purpose of the committee is to provide a forum for constructive engagement amongst representatives of plan participants, employers and the plan sponsor on issues of importance to the group benefits plan, including plan design, administration, and communication.

Purpose of Committee. The parties recognize that both the Pay Equity Program and internal pay policy must remain current and equitable. Therefore, a Job Evaluation Committee (referred to in this Article as the "Committee") shall be established.

Purpose of Committee. The purpose of the Committee shall be to discuss all matters of concern between the parties. It is recognized that these concerns may be raised through verbal presentation and/or written documentation.

The Employer and the Union agree that a need exists for closer cooperation between labor and management, and that from time to time suggestions and issues of a general nature affecting the Union and the Employer need consideration. The Labor/Management Committee shall have no collective bargaining authority and understandings reached by the parties will be supported by the parties, but shall not alter or modify any provisions of the collective bargaining agreement.
Purpose of Committee. The purpose of the committee is to serve as the liaison between the parties to the Agreement for the provision of data under the Agreement, and for the planning and research purposes as defined in sections 2.1 and 2.2 of the Agreement.
