Purpose and Function. The purpose of the agreement is to provide for the cooperative and coordinated investigations of law enforcement-involved fatalities or serious injury incidents, major crimes, or other serious incidents – special requests within Xxxxx and Skamania Counties, as is authorized by RCW 39.34 and RCW 10.93. Each Department should establish their own guideline as to when and if they will request assistance from RMCT. The involved agency may investigate the matter by itself or may seek aid from other agencies.
Purpose and Function. (i) The Debtor’s Representatives and the Claimants’ Advisory Committee shall attend and participate in the meetings of the Finance Committee as specified at Section 4.08(g).

The purpose of this committee is to provide a means for continuing communication between the parties and to promote a climate of constructive employee-employer understandings in an effort to promote positive relations between the participants. Decisions by the committee shall be made by consensus and not by voting. If mutual decisions cannot be found, the issue may revert to more traditional approaches, e.g. grievance, bargaining, etc.
Purpose and Function. 2.1. The purpose of this Agreement is to provide for the creation and administration of a single, functionally consolidated Southwest Washington Regional S.W.A.T. Team (“SWWR SWAT”), including SWAT K9, Tactical Emergency Medical Support Team (“TEMS”), and Crisis Negotiating Team (“CNT”), as is authorized by RCW 39.34 and RCW 10.93, and in conjunction with the Master Agreement between the parties.

The purpose and function of the Area Joint Working Group is to ensure that joint working at a local level is effective and efficient to improve outcomes for children and families. It also acts as an early warning system where senior managers in partner services are alerted to issues at the earliest possible opportunity. The Area Joint Working Group ensures that actions taken are in line with national policy. Objectives: Identify most important priorities and ensure that HSE Divisions and the Child and Family Agency Areas coordinate their efforts and develop shared responses Identify what each Division/ Child and Family Area is doing in their area with associated gaps and blockages and agree solutions Ensure individual complex cases unresolved by local joint working are managed appropriately i.e. referred back to local practitioners with recommendations for further resolution or addressed by the Area Joint Working Group in regard to specific issue, -e.g. decision on funding / resources or approach to Court Ensure joint issues such as aftercare will be routed through this process To identify gaps in service provision with a view to informing strategic planning in both organisations
Purpose and Function a. This procedure may be used to address experimental changes initiated by the District or by the Honeoye Falls-Lima Education Association which affect the terms and conditions of employment of teachers in Honeoye Falls-Lima, and which would otherwise be prohibited by the provisions of the existing agreement between the parties, e.g., changes in the teacher work day which might be different from the day spelled out in the contract.

The purpose of the Labor-Management Committee shall be to xxxxxx improved communication between the Employer and the staff and to improve working conditions, efficiency, patient care and employee satisfaction. The Committee may address staffing issues and department productivity. The function of the Committee shall be limited to an advisory rather than a decision-making capacity. The Committee will recommend solutions to identified problems.
Purpose and Function. The overarching role of the CHO Joint Working Group is to provide a mechanism to address capacity issues (resources human or financial); for dispute resolution; to ensure an early warning system is in place; and to ensure actions taken are in line with national policy.
Purpose and Function. The Southwest Coordinating Group’s (SWCG) purpose is to provide a forum for understanding and implementing interagency policy, direction, and coordination to the Zone Management Groups and to the Southwest Coordination Center (SWCC) for fire and incident management activities. The SWCG’s goal is to provide a cooperative interagency forum seeking consistency in fire and incident management within the Southwest Geographic Area. The SWCG seeks to enhance safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of interagency fire management activities and support to authorized non-fire emergencies. The SWCG implements procedures and standards to coordinate fire management programs of the participating agencies to avoid duplication and to provide a framework of constructive cooperation. The SWCG is focused on fire, incident, fuels, and smoke management activities in the Southwest Geographic Area, which includes Arizona, New Mexico, and the lands administered by the signatory agencies west of the 100th Meridian in Texas and Oklahoma. Agency members of the SWCG shall, by signature of individual agency administrators to this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), be delegated authority to act on behalf of their respective agencies for purposes of planning, priority setting, and implementation of all current agency policies, directions, and standards for fire and incident management activities within the Southwest Area. The SWCG representatives will communicate to individual Agency Administrators any recommendations to establish significant new policies in fire or incident management prior to implementation. This MOU supplements the memorandum of agreement/state master agreement between the States of New Mexico and Arizona and the federal agencies, and provides management direction to the SWCG.
