Purchase Warrants. The Company hereby agrees to issue to the Representative (and/or its designees) on the Closing Date a warrant (“Representative’s Warrants”) for the purchase of an aggregate of [ ] shares of Common Stock, representing 5% of the number of Firm Shares, and the purchase of an aggregate of [ ] warrants to purchase [ ] shares of Common Stock .
