Common use of Purchase Procedure Clause in Contracts

Purchase Procedure. The Investor acknowledges that, in order to subscribe for Shares, he must, and he does hereby, deliver to the Company: (a) a fully completed and executed counterpart of the Signature Page attached to this Subscription Agreement; and (b) payment for the aggregate Purchase Price in the amount set forth on the Signature Page attached to this Agreement. Payment may be made by either check, wire, credit card or ACH deposits using the form provided on ixxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. This form will be submitted to PrimeTrust, the Company’s escrow and payment processing provider.
