Common use of Purchase Order Pricing/Product Deviation Clause in Contracts

Purchase Order Pricing/Product Deviation. If a deviation of pricing/product on a purchase order occurs, TIPS is to be notified within 48 hours of receipt of order. Termination for Convenience TIPS has the right to terminate the agreement for cause or no cause for convenience with a thirty-day written notice. Termination for convenience is required under 2 CFR part 200. TIPS Member Purchasing Procedures Purchase orders or their equal are issued by participating TIPS member to the awarded vendor indicating on the PO “Agreement Number”.
