Purchase of Service a one-time allotment for no more than $250 per child. Regional Centers provide people with residential, day, transportation, and social, independent living, and respite, medical, psychological, preschool and other services.

An exposition of the staffing including job descriptions and professional qualification requirements of personnel. 3. An organization chart.
