Common use of Purchase of Bonds Clause in Contracts

Purchase of Bonds. The Company may at any time, and from time to time, furnish moneys to the Trustee accompanied by a notice directing the Trustee to apply such moneys to the purchase in the open market of Bonds in the principal amounts specified in such notice, and any Bonds so purchased shall thereupon be canceled by the Trustee.

Purchase of Bonds. The Company may at any time, and from time to time, furnish moneys to the Trustee accompanied by a written notice directing the Trustee to apply such moneys to the purchase in the open market of Bonds in the principal amounts and of the series and maturities specified in such notice, and any Bonds so purchased shall thereupon be canceled by the Trustee.

The Company may at any time, and from time to time, furnish moneys to the Trustee accompanied by a notice directing the Trustee to apply such moneys to be provided to the Tender Agent to be applied, at such time as they constitute Eligible Moneys, to the purchase in the open market of Bonds in delivered pursuant to Section 202(d) or 503 of the principal amounts specified in such noticeIndenture, and any which Bonds so purchased shall thereupon shall, at the direction of the Company, be canceled by delivered to the TrusteeTrustee for cancellation.
