Purchase of Aircraft. Upon and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and, in particular but without limitation, subject to the fulfillment to the satisfaction of, or waiver by, Purchaser of the Purchaser’s Conditions Precedent, Purchaser hereby agrees with Seller that, on the Delivery Date, it will:
Purchase of Aircraft. The Borrower shall not, and the Borrower shall procure that no Owner or Intermediate Lessor shall, purchase, directly or indirectly, any aircraft, engines or other assets other than the Aircraft and the rights related thereto (other than any acquisition of parts and/or Engines that is expressly contemplated pursuant to the terms of any Portfolio Lease).

Purchase of Aircraft. Owner Participant hereby authorizes and directs Owner Trustee to, and Owner Trustee agrees for the benefit of Owner Participant, that it will, on the Closing Date, subject to due compliance with the terms of SECTION 3.02:
Purchase of Aircraft. Seller agrees to sell to Buyer, and Buyer agrees to purchase from Seller, the Aircraft, pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement.
Purchase of Aircraft. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, on the Closing Date Seller agrees to sell to Buyer, and Buyer agrees to purchase from Seller, all of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to the Aircraft and Technical Records, free and clear of all Liens (other than Permitted Liens). Seller and Buyer each agrees to perform and observe all terms, conditions, obligations and agreements to be performed or observed by it hereunder and under the other Operative Documents to which it is a party. Time is of the essence, and the parties agree to take all action as may be reasonably required to complete the purchase and sale of the Aircraft as promptly as possible.
Purchase of Aircraft. Upon any purchase of any Aircraft by a Lessee or its designee pursuant to the terms of Section 5 of the Lease for such Aircraft and provided the Secured Obligations represented by or relating to such Aircraft and any other Secured Obligations then due and owing have been finally paid in full, the Security Trustee agrees that it will, at such Lessee's sole cost and expense, execute such documents as may be reasonably requested by such Lessee or GFC to release such Aircraft from the Lien of the Security Documents.

Purchase of Aircraft. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Seller agrees to purchase the Aircraft from Boeing, to sell the Aircraft to Buyer, and Buyer agrees to purchase, or cause to be purchased from Seller, each of the Aircraft.
