Purchase from Reseller. If you obtained the Software through a Reseller, the following terms are applicable and shall prevail in event of any conflict with any other provisions of this Agreement:
Purchase from Reseller. If you obtained the Software through an authorized dealer, distributor or reseller of Trimble (“Reseller”), your use of the Software is governed by the terms of this Agreement as modified by Section 13 (Purchase from Reseller) below.
Purchase from Reseller. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, if Customer purchased the Service through a Reseller, the following terms are applicable and shall prevail in event of any conflict with any other provisions of this Agreement.
Purchase from Reseller. If Customer obtained the Product(s) through an authorized dealer, distributor or reseller of Trimble (“Reseller”), the following terms are applicable and will prevail in event of any conflict with any other provisions of this Agreement:
Purchase from Reseller. If Customer purchases the Products from an authorized partner or reseller of StreamSets, including any marketplace (“Reseller”), Customer’s use of the Products will be governed by this Agreement, subject to Section 20.14 (Reseller Orders) below. By indicating your acceptance of this Agreement or accessing or using the Products, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Each party expressly agrees that this Agreement is legally binding upon it.
Purchase from Reseller. If Customer purchases the Licensed Software from an authorized reseller of Okera (“Reseller”), Customer’s use of the Licensed Software will be governed by this Agreement, subject to Section 18.13 (Reseller Orders) below. By indicating your acceptance of this Agreement or accessing or using the Licensed Software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You are further representing and warrantying that you have the full legal authority to enter into this Agreement. Each party expressly agrees that this Agreement is legally binding upon it.
Purchase from Reseller. Client may procure a subscription to the Agerpoint Platform from an authorized reseller of Agerpoint (“Reseller”) pursuant to a separate Reseller Order Form that references this Agreement. Client’s use of the Agerpoint Platform procured through a Reseller will be subject to the terms of this Agreement and all fees payable for such use shall be payable pursuant to the terms set forth in the Reseller Order Form.
Purchase from Reseller. If Customer obtained the Product(s) through an authorized dealer, distributor or reseller of Pinnacle Infotech (“Reseller”), the following terms are applicable and will prevail in event of any conflict with any other provisions of this Agreement:
