PURCHASE COMMISSION. Each Facility Company shall pay to Burdale commission in respect of each of its Purchased Receivables at a rate equivalent to the Interest Rate applied to the Outstanding Purchase Price for such Receivable from the date on which Burdale paid such Purchase Price to a Facility Company down to the Actual Day of Payment (the PURCHASE COMMISSION). Burdale shall calculate the Purchase Commission on a daily basis and it shall be paid by the relevant Facility Company monthly in arrears on the last Business Day of each month.

PURCHASE COMMISSION. For locating and negotiating the lease or purchase of any real property by the Trust, the Broker is to receive a purchase commission in accordance with the fee schedule attached as Exhibit A to this Agreement. The aggregate of each purchase price of each property (including the purchase commission paid to the Broker and the Trust's advisor) may not exceed such property's appraised value at acquisition. Any commission which is paid to the Broker by the seller shall be credited against the commission to be paid by the Trust hereunder.

  • Sales Commission You shall be entitled to charge a sales commission on the sale or redemption, as appropriate, of each series and class of each Fund’s Shares in the amount of any initial, deferred or contingent deferred sales charge as set forth in our then effective prospectus. You may allow any sub-agents or dealers such commissions or discounts from and not exceeding the total sales commission as you shall deem advisable, so long as any such commissions or discounts are set forth in our current prospectus to the extent required by the applicable Federal and State securities laws. You may also make payments to sub-agents or dealers from your own resources, subject to the following conditions: (a) any such payments shall not create any obligation for or recourse against the Fund or any series or class, and (b) the terms and conditions of any such payments are consistent with our prospectus and applicable Federal and State securities laws and are disclosed in our prospectus or statement of additional information to the extent such laws may require.

  • Brokerage Commission Contributor has not engaged the services of, nor has it or will it or Acquirer become liable to, any real estate agent, broker, finder or any other person or entity for any brokerage or finder's fee, commission or other amount with respect to the transactions described herein on account of any action by Contributor.
