Purchase and Sale of Real Property. Seller hereby agrees to sell, transfer, and convey to Buyer, and Buyer agrees to purchase from Seller, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, those certain parcels of real property commonly known as 0 Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000, as legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein, together with any and all of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to the improvements, buildings, structures and fixtures located thereon and the appurtenances thereto (collectively, the “Real Property”).
