Common use of Purchase and Sale of Common Stock Clause in Contracts

Purchase and Sale of Common Stock. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein, the Company shall issue and sell to the Investor, and the Investor shall purchase from the Company, up to $7,000,000 of Common Stock, such stock to be valued as provided in Section 1.3(b) herein.
