Common use of Purchase and Redemption Orders Clause in Contracts

Purchase and Redemption Orders. (a) Agent will open with Transfer Agent a minimum of two omnibus accounts per Fund: capital gains and dividend distributions payable with respect to Shares held in one account shall be paid in cash, and capital gains and dividend distributions payable with respect to Shares held in another account shall be paid in additional Shares of the Fund. Transfer Agent shall designate account numbers for each account.
