Common use of Purchase Amount Clause in Contracts

Purchase Amount. Subject to the terms and conditions herein and the satisfaction of the conditions to Closings set forth below, Investor hereby irrevocably agrees to purchase 369 Preferred Shares of Company at $10,000.00 per share with a 5.0% original issue discount (“OID”) for the sum of $3,500,000.00 (“Purchase Amount”).

Purchase Amount. Subject to the terms and conditions herein and the satisfaction of the conditions to Closings Closing set forth below, Investor hereby irrevocably agrees to purchase 369 1,088 Preferred Shares of Company at $10,000.00 per share with a 5.0an 8% original issue discount (“OID”) for the sum of $3,500,000.00 10,000,000.00 (“Purchase Amount”)) in cash.
