Common use of Purchase Agreement Clause in Contracts

Purchase Agreement. This Note has been executed and delivered pursuant to, and is one of the Notes issued pursuant to, the Securities Purchase Agreement, dated as of January 3, 2023 (as the same may be amended from time to time, the “Purchase Agreement”), by and among the Maker, the other “Investors” (as such term is defined in the Purchase Agreement) and the Holder. Purchase Agreement. This Note has been executed and delivered pursuant to, and is one of the Notes issued pursuant to, the Securities Purchase Agreement, dated as of January 3, 2023 the Original Issuance Date (as the same may be amended from time to time, the “Purchase Agreement”), by and among between the Maker, Maker and the Holder and other “Investors” Purchasers (as such term is defined in the Purchase Agreement) , and is subject to, and incorporates, the Holder. Purchase Agreement. This Note has been executed and delivered pursuant to, and is one of the Notes issued pursuant to, the Securities Purchase Agreement, dated as of January 3July 11, 2023 2023, and amended by Amendment to Securities Purchase Agreement, dated as of the Original Issuance Date (as the same may be amended from time to time, the “Purchase Agreement”), by and among between the Maker, Maker and the Holder and other “Investors” Purchasers (as such term is defined in the Purchase Agreement) , and is subject to, and incorporates, the Holder.
