  • ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY Employees must comply with City policies relating to hours of work and taking leave. Employees must report to work on time, clock in or sign in if required to do so, and call-in according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement or City policy if unable to report for work on time. Employees must monitor their sick leave and vacation leave balances to ensure they have sufficient time accrued to cover absences and that leave usage is accurately recorded in City records. Employees must be approved for any leave prior to being absent, except in emergency situations.

  • PRICING OF Regular Hours Coefficient What is your regular hours coefficient for the RS Means Price Book? Remember that this is a ceiling price proposed.   • Regular Hours The regular hours of work each day shall be consecutive except that they may be interrupted by a lunch period.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular full-time employee is defined as one in respect of whom there is a regular schedule of work providing 70 hours of work biweekly.

  • Punctual Payment The Borrower will duly and punctually pay or cause to be paid the principal and interest on the Loans and all interest and fees provided for in this Agreement, all in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Notes, as well as all other sums owing pursuant to the Loan Documents.

  • Regular Work Week The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.
