PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDANCE. Failure to record time of arrival or departure from the premises. Knowingly recording the time of another employee or permitting another employee to record your time. PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDANCE. ‌ Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled, on time in assigned District standard uniform and boots and prepared to start work. Employees shall be granted 10 minutes prior to the end of their shift to clean up and change out of their uniform. Late arrival, early departure or other absences from scheduled hours are disruptive and must be avoided. If an employee is unable to report to work on any particular day, he/she must call his/her direct supervisor, on their District issued cell phone, at least 15 minutes before the start of his/her shift, but no earlier than 45 minutes. If the employee’s direct supervisor or Department Head does not answer, the employee must call the General Manager. An employee must talk to an individual, message are not acceptable. If an employee fails to report for work without any notification and is absent for three (3) consecutive days, the District will consider that the employee has voluntarily terminated his/her employment with the District.

The staff will arrange to return the child(ren) to the other parent, however if (s)he is unavailable, staff will make other suitable arrangements. I understand that if a visit is cancelled in this situation, it is unlikely the visit can be rescheduled, due to CCS availability. 2.7. I understand that the CCS is a short term service for parenting arrangements, and I am committed to working with the CCS towards self-management, when it is safe to do so. PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDANCE. Competitive dancers are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to class, warmed up, hair done and ready to dance. Lateness is disruptive to a class in progress. Attendance will be taken at the beginning of class and those who have not yet arrived will be noted as late. Three late classes will equal an absence noted on the attendance chart. Punctuality and attendance are mandatory at all rehearsals, shows, competitions, and other team events. Attendance will be taken at all events. Please contact the Directors to discuss options if you are not able to attend or need to be late. An absence without a pre-arrangement or a doctor’s note will result with the dancer and parents being asked to meet with the Directors to discuss the feasibility of the dancer’s continuation on the competitive team. We are providing a calendar of events to allow you to plan to attend all events for the year.
PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDANCE. You were hired to perform an important function at The Company. As with any group effort, operating effectively takes cooperation and commitment from everyone. Therefore, your attendance and punctuality are very important. Unnecessary absences and lateness are expensive, disruptive and place an unfair burden on your fellow employees and your Supervisors. We expect excellent attendance from each of you. Excessive absenteeism or tardiness will result in disciplinary action up to and including discharge. We do recognize, however, that there are times when absences and tardiness cannot be avoided. Asking another employee, friend or relative to give this notice is improper and constitutes grounds for disciplinary action. Please call, stating the nature of your illness and its expected duration, every day that you are absent. Unreported absences of three consecutive work days generally will be considered a voluntary resignation of your employment with the Company.
