Common use of Punctual Payment Clause in Contracts

Punctual Payment. The Authority shall punctually pay or cause to be paid the principal, interest and premium (if any) to become due in respect of all the Bonds, in strict conformity with the terms of the Bonds and of this Indenture, according to the true intent and meaning thereof, but only out of Revenues and other assets pledged for such payment as provided in this Indenture.

Punctual Payment. The Authority shall punctually pay or cause to be paid the principal, principal and interest and premium (if any) to become due in respect of all the Bonds, in strict conformity with the terms of the Bonds and of this Indenture, according to the true intent and meaning thereof, but only out of Revenues Revenues, and other assets pledged for such payment as provided in this Indenture.

Punctual Payment. The Authority shall punctually pay or cause to be paid the principalprincipal of, interest and premium (premium, if any) to become due in respect of all , and interest on the Bonds, in strict conformity with the terms of the Bonds and of this Indenture, according to the true intent and meaning thereof, but only out of the Lease Revenues and other assets pledged for such payment as provided in this IndentureIndenture and received by the Authority or the Trustee.
