Publicity Release. By executing this Agreement, Employee forever gives the Employer Group, its successors, assigns, licensees and any other designees, the absolute right and permission, throughout the world: (1) to copyright (and to renew and extend any copyright), use, reuse, publish and republish photographic portraits and pictures, motion or still, of Employee, or in which Employee may be included, in whole or in part, or composite or distorted character in any form, whether heretofore taken or to be taken in the future, in conjunction with Employee’s own or a fictitious name or title (which Employee now has or may have in the future), or reproductions thereof, in color or otherwise, made through any media at any place, for art, advertising, trade or any other purpose whatsoever; and (2) to record, reproduce, amplify, simulate, “double” and/or “dub” Employee’s voice and transmit the same by any mechanical or electronic means, for any purpose whatsoever. Employee further consents to the use of any printed matter giving Employee, or not giving Employee, a credit, in the sole discretion of any of the aforementioned parties to whom this authorization and release is given, in conjunction therewith. Employee waives any right he may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection therewith, or the use to which it may be applied.
Publicity Release. You consent and agree to the use of your name, voice and picture (including but not limited to use in still photographs, videotape and film formats, and both during and after your period of employment at Cerner) for advertising, promotional, public relations, and other business purposes (including its and their use in newspapers, brochures, magazines, journals and films or videotapes) by Cerner.
Publicity Release. I understand that Summit Lacrosse Ventures LLC retains the right to use for publicity and advertising purposes, photographs of participants taken during hosted tournaments and events. SLV does not divulge customer information to any organization or event participant. All participants are required to sign a waiver to participate in an SLV event, with knowledge of the associated risks of participation. By doing so, said participant assumes the risks associated with participation in the event.

Publicity Release. I grant Life Adventure Center of the Bluegrass and persons acting through them, the rights to use, reproduce, assign, and/or distribute photographs, films, videotapes, and sound recordings of myself or my child for use in materials they may create. I release the corporation (photographers, employees, members, and agents) from all debt claims and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever arising out of my child’s appearance in the presentation, the making, or the use of such films or recordings. I hereby waive my right to inspect the finished produce that may be used in connection herewith. I prefer that this participant not have his/her picture taken. Publicity Release. Participant authorizes the Sponsor to use, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, publish, and license, on a world-wide basis, in perpetuity, and by digital or other method, any film or videotape, audio recording, footage, photograph, negative, reproduction and/or other recording (“Recordings”) of the Participant’s likeness taken during the Program, in whole or in part, as may be changed, made through, and used in any medium whatsoever (now existing or hereinafter created) and in all forms of marketing and advertising, now or at any time in the future. Participant further grants, assigns, and transfers to the Sponsor all rights of every nature relating to the reproduction and use of the Recordings, and hereby waives any rights that Participant may have, including any right to inspect or approve the reproduction and use of the Recordings. Participant grants permission to the Sponsor to modify or alter the Recordings in its discretion. Participant also consents to the use of Participant’s name in connection with the Recordings. Participant releases the Sponsor from any and all claims which the Participant may have at any time by reason of the use of the Participant’s likeness as contemplated herein, including, without limitation, claims arising from rights of privacy or publicity.
Publicity Release. By participating in or attending any activity in connection with this program, whether on or off the premises, I consent to the use of any photographs, pictures, film, or videotape taken of me or provided by me for publicity, promotion, television, websites, or any other use, and expressly waive any right of privacy, compensation, copyright, or other ownership right connected to same.

North Tyneside will not use the name of Mommers or any subsidiary or division thereof, in advertising or promotion material or publicity releases relating to the Manufacturing Services to be performed by North Tyneside or the results thereof without the prior written consent of Mommers.
