Publicity and Promotion. Use by the BBC and its licensees and assignees of extracts of recordings of the Performance(s) for the purpose of promotion or publicity in any media throughout the world, including but not limited to, in-programme trailers, general campaigns for BBC Public Services, for BBC Joint Venture Services and any other services in which the BBC has an interest, provided however that no such use itself constitutes Commercial Exploitation.

Publicity and Promotion. 14.1 Subject to clause 15.2, without prejudice to the DFE’s obligations under the FOIA, the EIR, the Regulations, or any policy requirements as to transparency, neither Party shall make any press announcement or publicise the Contract or any part thereof in any way, except with the written consent of the other Party.

Publicity and Promotion. During the term of this Agreement, UB and AACC shall develop and agree upon a mutually acceptable marketing and student recruitment plan to promote this Agreement and transfer pathways and to inform students of the opportunities available. AACC agrees to promote transfer pathways to AACC students by allowing UB to place marketing materials in student service centered departments on campus and on the AACC Transfer Agreements website (xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/resources/academic-services/transfer-services/transfer-agreements/). Upon written request, AACC agrees to send outreach mailings to AACC students biannually (fall and spring) on behalf of UB to current AACC students with 45 credits or more that are in articulated or parallel programs with UB (e.g., associate’s in Psychology to bachelor’s in Psychology). UB will incur all cost for outreaching mailings. Neither party shall use directly or by implication the names, trademarks, logos, or trade dress of the other party, nor any of the other party’s affiliates or contractors, nor any abbreviations thereof, or of any staff member, faculty member, student, or employee of the other party in connection with any products, publicity, promotion, financing, advertising, or other public disclosure without the express prior written permission of an authorized official of the other party.

Publicity and Promotion. 2.14.1 All publicity and promotion surrounding the award of this grant and any subsequent promotions should be arranged and agreed between the Commissioner and the Recipient.
Publicity and Promotion. The Performer agrees that their name, image, and biography may be used in the programmes for the Production as well as in all promotional and publicity materials created and used by the Production Company and its authorised licensees, to promote and publicise the Production. The Performer agrees to provide a short biography and head shot in digital format for use in Production programmes, as well as press packs (including digital press packs) if produced by the Production Company. The Performer warrants that all rights to publish such headshots in any and all media in all territories shall have been cleared prior to submission to the Production Company. Recordings (as defined above) may be used for the promotion and publicity of the Production in the manner set out at Schedule 2. The Performer agrees to co-operate with and facilitate in good faith any promotional activities in respect of the Production (e.g. podcast / radio / television / other online interviews) as reasonably required by the Production Company, which shall take the Performer’s pre-existing commitments into account when arranging such activities. Any Performer expenses in respect of such promotional activities shall be either paid by or reimbursed by the Production Company to the Performer, provided any expenses incurred by the Performer have been pre-agreed with the Production Company and receipts are provided to the Production Company for those expenses. The Performer accepts and agrees that the Production Company shall take responsibility for all publicity for the Production. The Performer undertakes not to take part in any interview in any medium or format or make any statement online (to include on the Performer’s personal social media accounts) or to any media outlet concerning the Production, rehearsals or devising for the Production or any person associated with the Production (including without limitation the director and the writer of the Production and the Performer’s fellow-performers) unless with the prior consent of, or at the request of, the Production Company. The Performer agrees not to post online or otherwise disseminate to third-parties any photographs, videos or audio-recordings of the Production, fellow-performer or crew working on the Production, rehearsals or set, sound or costume design for the Production unless with the prior consent of or at the request of the Production Company.
Publicity and Promotion. Client will publicize and provide descriptive information, including those standard marketing materials provided by Marathon as described in Schedule A, about the Marathon Services to all of its employees who may seek services at the location or locations agreed upon by the Parties. Client will provide Marathon with copies of other documents and materials prepared independently by Client describing, publicizing, or significantly affecting the Marathon Services prior to the distribution of such materials. Marathon shall review and comment on such materials within a reasonable time after receipt. Client shall use reasonable efforts to seek Marathon’s input prior to publicizing and providing such information to its employees, which input shall not be unreasonably delayed.
