Publications and References a. Subject to the provisions of Section 8, LICENSEE shall be permitted to publish abstracts, articles and posters in peer reviewed journals or the public domain concerning the results of LICENSEE’s usage of the LICENSED ITEMS.

Publications and References. All work under this contract shall be in accordance with the applicable publications and references in this Section C.
Publications and References. Applicable publications, directives, handbooks, and standards provide guidance and direction in performance of the requirements. Applicable publications, directives, and/or standards, in addition to those listed in Section J, Attachment 2, will be specified within each TO and the Contractor shall comply with the most current version of any applicable document. Unless otherwise specified the issue of these documents are those listed in the effective Department of Defense Index of Specifications and Standards, maintained on-line at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/whs/directives/. In the event of a conflict between this PWS and any document referred to herein or in any TO issued under this contract, the requirements of this PWS shall prevail unless the document is mandated by law. The Contractor shall be responsible for notifying the CO in writing within 30 days of publication revisions/changes/supplements if there is any impact on the scope of work to be performed under this contract or order hereto.

Publications and References. The Contractor shall be responsible for acquiring the latest version of guidance, including but not limited to the referenced documents cited in this Solicitation and/or subsequent Task Orders issued after award of the Contract, unless otherwise specified. A list of references is included in Section 12. It is not intended that the listing of referenced documents is a complete listing; additional regulations and guidance may be cited as necessary in the scoping of individual task orders. When list guidance is superseded, the latest replacement shall be used. The date of task order award will determine the appropriate date of the references used for that task order. Not all of the guidance cited in Section 12 will necessarily be applicable for any given task order.

  • Cross-References References in this Amendment to any Part or Subpart are, unless otherwise specified, to such Part or Subpart of this Amendment.

  • Regulatory References A reference in this Agreement to a section in the HIPAA Rules means the section as in effect or as amended.

  • Time References Unless otherwise indicated herein, all references to time of day refer to Eastern Standard Time or Eastern daylight saving time, as in effect in New York City on such day. For purposes of the computation of a period of time from a specified date to a later specified date, the word “from” means “from and including” and the words “to” and “until” each means “to but excluding”; provided, however, that with respect to a computation of fees or interest payable to any Secured Party, such period shall in any event consist of at least one full day.

  • Intercept and Referral Announcements 6.1 When a Customer changes its service provider from Verizon to PNG, or from PNG to Verizon, and does not retain its original telephone number, the Party formerly providing service to such Customer shall provide a referral announcement (“Referral Announcement”) on the abandoned telephone number which provides the Customer’s new number or other appropriate information, to the extent known to the Party formerly providing service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party shall not be obligated under this Section to provide a Referral Announcement if the Customer owes the Party unpaid overdue amounts or the Customer requests that no Referral Announcement be provided.

  • Statutory References Any reference in this Plan of Arrangement to a statute includes all regulations made thereunder, all amendments to such statute or regulation in force from time to time and any statute or regulation that supplements or supersedes such statute or regulation.
