Publication of Procurement Information. 1. Each Party shall promptly publish the following information relating to a covered procurement, and any modifications or additions to this information, in an electronic or paper medium that is widely disseminated and readily accessible to the public: (a) laws, regulations, and procedures; and (b) judicial decisions and administrative rulings of general application. 2. Each Party shall, on request, provide to the other Party an explanation relating to such information.
