Publication of Procurement Contract 48.1 Within fourteen days after signing the contract, the Procuring Entity shall publish and publicize the awarded contract at its notice boards, entity website; and on the Website of the Authority in manner and format prescribed by the Authority. Patient Information Each Party agrees to abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and orders of all applicable supranational, national, federal, state, provincial, and local governmental entities concerning the confidentiality or protection of patient identifiable information and/or patients’ protected health information, as defined by any other applicable legislation in the course of their performance under this Agreement.
Review by the World Bank of Procurement Decisions The Procurement Plan shall set forth those contracts which shall be subject to the World Bank’s Prior Review. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the World Bank.
Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions The Procurement Plan shall set forth those contracts which shall be subject to the Association’s Prior Review. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.
