Publication of Contract. Each party shall be responsible for publishing the Contract to meet its own needs.
Publication of Contract. 1. At the conclusion of negotiations, the agreed upon items shall be incorporated into a publication entitled Negotiated Contract Between the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Board of Education and the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Education Association. After proofing, and with approval of the final draft of this publication, it shall be signed by both the President of the Board and the President of the Association.
Publication of Contract. Copies of this Agreement will be printed at the expense of the district within thirty (30) days after the agreement is signed and duly approved by formal action of the School Board and the exclusive representative. Copies of the agreement will be distributed to all teachers now employed, and hereinafter employed, by the district. District policy books will be available on the district website.
Publication of Contract. Fifty (50) copies of this agreement shall be printed (in booklet form) and supplied to the President of Local 560 within thirty (30) calendar days of execution of the agreement by Local 560 for distribution. In addition, the College shall post the collective bargaining agreements online and print them for any unit member at no cost. The request for a copy of the collective bargaining agreement shall be conducted in a reasonable manner and not be unduly disruptive to the College. The College shall produce a copy upon demand unless circumstances make such a production unreasonable. Additional copies may be made printed by request of Local 560 and the cost shall be shared equally among the College and the Local 560. Local 560 may require that any additional printing be done at a union printing shop.
Publication of Contract. Within 45 days of ratification of this agreement and approval of the final draft of the document by the Association, the Board, at its expense, shall print annually fifty (50) copies of this Agreement for the Association for their distribution. The contract or any amendment shall be available online within 14 days of ratification and approval of the final draft of the document by the Association. Additional copies shall be made available at the then current printing cost.
Publication of Contract. This agreement shall be prepared in an electronic format by the Association and shared with the Board and, after Board approval, distributed to each bargaining unit member by the Association. Each party may produce the number of hard copies they require at their own expense.
Publication of Contract. WHO reserves the right, subject to considerations of confidentiality, to acknowledge the existence of the Contract to the public and publish and/or otherwise publicly disclose the Contractor’s name and country of incorporation, general information with respect to the work described herein and the Contract value. Such disclosure will be made in accordance with WHO’s Information Disclosure Policy and shall be consistent with the terms of the Contract.
Publication of Contract. Within forty-five (45) days of the signing of this contract by the parties, the KGBSD shall e-mail and post on the District website, or, if requested by a teacher, provide a printed copy of this contract. KGBSD shall provide a copy of the contract to all new hires.
Publication of Contract. 27.1 Within thirty (30) days of the signing of the contract, the City shall publish the complete contract and furnish a copy to each employee, plus a copy to the Union.
