Public Services. Funding or administering public services and works for the general benefit of participants, including without limitation transportation and utility services.

Public Services. The City will provide public services to the Project Site and the Company in same manner that those services are provided by the City to any other similarly situated recipient, including, but not limited to: (i) fire and EMS services; (ii) police services; and
