Common use of Public Notification Clause in Contracts

Public Notification. BellSouth will maintain on its Interconnection Services website a notification document that will indicate all Premises that are without available space. BellSouth shall update such document within ten (10) days of the date that BellSouth becomes aware that insufficient space is available to accommodate physical collocation. BellSouth will also post a document on its Interconnection Services website that contains a general notice when space has become available in a Premises previously on the space exhaust list.
