Common use of Public Meetings Clause in Contracts

Public Meetings. All meetings of the School’s Governing body shall be open to the public pursuant to §286.011 F.S., relating to public meetings. As to all meetings of the School for which minutes are required pursuant to Florida law, a copy of such minutes, signed by the President of the Governing Board or his/her designee, shall be forwarded to the Sponsor within thirty (30) days of School’s Governing Board Approval. In addition, the School shall report to the Sponsor any changes to the membership of the School’s Governing Board.

As to all meetings of the School for which minutes are required pursuant to Florida law, the School shall forward a copy of such minutes, signed by the President of the Governing Board or his/her designee, shall be forwarded minutes to the Sponsor within thirty (30) days of School’s Governing Board Approval. In addition, after the School shall report to the Sponsor any changes to the membership of the School’s Governing Boardmeeting.

All meetings of the School’s Governing body Body and School Advisory Council, and advisory committees to the Governing Board, shall be open to the public and prop- erly noticed pursuant to §286.011 F.S.Section 286.011, Florida Statutes, relating to public meetings. As to all meetings of the School for which minutes are required pursuant to Florida law, a copy of such minutes, signed minutes shall be provided by the President of the Governing Board or his/her designee, shall be forwarded School to the Sponsor within thirty (30) days of School’s Governing Board Approval. In addition, the School shall report to the Sponsor any changes to the membership of the School’s Governing Boardupon request.
